Abstract:

Illness can be said to be a combination of inflammation, Endocrine Disruption, toxic buildup, and unhealthy habits that cause oxidative stress and premature aging in all systems and organs.

With all our technological advances, we still live in a downward spiral instead of living our best life.

Years ago, we were given guidelines to follow a low-fat diet and warned of the dangers of a low-carbohydrate diet if we wanted to be healthy. Nothing was mentioned in relation to industrial farming practices or new chemicals designed to make our lives easier and foods tastier.

Today, chemical toxins have made our lives diseased-ridden to the point where our bodies can't release toxins fast enough.

Toxins decrease energy levels, lower frequency, damage gut and brain function, and increase premature aging.

According to a 2021 Blumberg study, "Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals toxins (obesogens) can promote weight gain, in that they increase the number of fat cells a person has."

The Gut Microbiome is an endocrine organ, that influences all health-including bones and oral health.

"The brain qualifies as an endocrine organ, being one of the largest metabolically active of the endocrine organs, acting as both a target and secretor of hormones." Mental health disorders are a leading cause of morbidity globally. “Alzheimer’s Disease stands as the most prevalent neurological disorder, affecting more than 6 million Americans and 30 million people worldwide. In a Sept 2024 Jama Network Study, scientists found microplastic toxins in the human brain involved in the sense of smell (olfactory bulb), suggesting a potential route for plastic to enter the brain.”

Additionally, cancer and oxidative stress are found with poor metabolic behavior.

Toxicity either leads to our health or our discomfort.
