Abstract:

Illness can be said to be a combination of inflammation, poor elimination

systems and a toxic immune and endocrine disruption. Then there’s obesity to

unhealthy sleep habits, all causing oxidative stress, and premature aging —

disrupting all systems and organs in the body.

With all our technological advances, we still live in a downward spiral in

metabolic and mitochondia diseases including cancer, diabetes, bone loss,

Alzheimer’s disease, premature aging, addiction and prostate issues, instead

of living our best life. Why? The gut and brain are not communicating at their

full potential.

According to Dr Daniel Amen, a double board certified psychiatrist, said

toxins are one of the major causes of psychiatric issues, but traditional

psychiatrist almost completely ignore them. In part, that’s because they rarely

look at the organ they treat—the brain.

Years ago, we were told to follow a low-fat dietary guideline and warned of

the dangers of a low-carbohydrate diet if we wanted to be healthy. This was

furthest from the truth. Nothing was mentioned in relation to industrial

farming practices or new chemicals introduced designed to make our lives

easier .

Since, these chemical toxins have made our lives disease riden, increasing

pain at a higher rate, and slowing down the body’s natural eliminations

processes.

Today, we know toxins decrease energy levels, lower our frequency, damage

our gut/ brain axis, and increase premature aging.
