Biopharmaceutics is well-defined as the study of factors influencing the rate and amount of drug that reaches the systemic circulation and the use of this information to optimize the therapeutic efficacy of the drug products. The procedure of driving of drug from its site of administration to the systemic circulation is called absorption.

Biologic Drugs genetically arise from a living organism, such as a virus, or protein, to maintain the body’s natural response to infections and diseases. Biologics target proteins, and cells in charge of the appearance and injury of rheumatoid arthritis and other types of inflammatory arthritis.
