Nurses working in intensive care units face high levels of psychological and emotional pressure daily. Continuous exposure to pain, critical decision-making, and emotional involvement with patients can lead to burnout and mental fatigue. This presentation aims to highlight the impact of stress on nurses' mental health and performance, and propose preventive strategies and coping mechanisms that can help reduce emotional exhaustion. Through this awareness project, we seek to promote healthier work environments and psychological support for healthcare professionals worldwide
