Dr. Elsayed Ahmed Ahmed Elnashar is a distinguished Professor of Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Innovation at Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. With over three decades of academic, research, and administrative experience, he has made significant contributions to smart textiles, AI-driven systems, sustainable technologies, advanced materials, and digital transformation. His interdisciplinary research extends to the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare, wearable technologies, and digital health solutions, fostering innovation at the intersection of engineering, healthcare, and emerging technologies. He has served in key leadership roles, including Dean and Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and currently collaborates internationally as a Visiting Professor and research partner with institutions across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. He is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the SmarTex Research Journal and has authored numerous scientific publications, supervised research scholars, and contributed extensively to global scientific collaboration.
