Nicole Truchseß is Managing Director of Truchseß & Brandl GmbH, business consultant, coach, speaker and author of six books. She has more than 30 years of experience in sales, human resources, recruiting and leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked in senior sales and HR leadership roles and has been an entrepreneur and consultant since 2008. Today, she advises organizations on sales performance, recruiting, leadership and talent development, with a particular focus on the factors that turn individual capabilities into measurable business performance. Her work combines extensive business experience with insights from cognitive neuroscience, behavioral diagnostics and coaching. She holds a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Master Practitioner in Cognitive Neuroscience (AON). She is also certified in several professional assessment and coaching methodologies. As a consultant, trainer and speaker, Nicole focuses on one central question: How can organizations create environments in which people do not simply know more, but actually perform better? Her current work explores how Artificial Intelligence can be combined with coaching, mentoring and leadership to close the gap between knowledge, behavior and measurable business performance.
