Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing the way organizations sell, lead, learn and make decisions. It can analyze information, generate content, automate processes and make knowledge available within seconds. Yet one fundamental business challenge remains: knowing what to do is not the same as doing it effectively. This gap becomes particularly visible in sales. Organizations can generate more leads, send more messages and provide employees with more information than ever before. But if sales professionals fail to understand the customer, ask relevant questions, make sound decisions or translate knowledge into behavior, AI may simply scale activity without improving results. The keynote examines the difference between activity and performance and focuses on the human capabilities that become increasingly important in an AI-driven working environment: judgment, learning agility, entrepreneurial thinking, communication, self-reflection and behavioral flexibility. A central focus is the transfer gap between learning and everyday work. Traditional training often ends precisely where implementation begins: when an employee has to apply new knowledge in a real conversation, make a decision or change an established behavior. AI-supported coaching and mentoring can create a new layer of performance support. It can help employees retrieve relevant knowledge, reflect on real situations, prepare and practice conversations, receive feedback and define their next action when support is actually needed. At the same time, AI can support leaders and mentors in developing people more systematically without replacing human judgment or responsibility. Using practical examples from sales, leadership and talent development, the keynote demonstrates how organizations can connect AI, coaching, mentoring and human leadership to close the gap between knowledge and execution. The future of AI in business will not be decided by who generates the most activity. It will be decided by organizations that learn how to combine artificial intelligence with human intelligence to create sustainable performance.
