King Faisal University, Egypt
Since qualifying in 1996, I have gained extensive training and experience in various national and international healthcare settings, including governmental, private, universities, and hospitals in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. My career began as a staff nurse and evolved through roles as a clinical instructor and lecturer, spanning diverse academic and clinical specialties. While teaching was highly productive, it also presented significant challenges, which helped shape my expertise. My experience in teaching various levels of academic writing, research, quality editor and clinical practice has made me a competent and independent practitioner capable of integrating theoretical knowledge with clinical performance. My writing skills have been instrumental in assessing, planning, and evaluating the performance of nursing students across different educational levels. Teaching and applying evidence-based practice, as well as promoting critical thinking, have positively influenced my educational philosophy. Additionally, my extensive experience with national and international accreditations as JCIA, ACEN and NCAAA a has enhanced my ability as quality editor, to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to multicultural environments. This experience has also made me empathetic and supportive toward students, patients, and colleagues. As a research reviewer for journals such as the BMC Medical Education, American Journal of Nursing Research, the American Journal of Medical Science and Medicine, and, Curies, I have developed strong critical judgment skills, solidifying my reputation as an excellent research reviewer. As a committed faculty staff, I continuously update my knowledge through theory, practice, academic writing, and participation in up-to-date courses and related conferences. Reflective practice is an integral part of my work, ensuring I maintain high professional standards and positively impact my career. I am a punctual and motivated individual, capable of thriving in acute environments and delivering high-quality work. I excel at following instructions from all levels and building strong working relationships with colleagues. My objective is to utilize my academic background and clinical experience to contribute meaningfully to the organization I serve.
