Mona Das is an international speaker, entrepreneur, former Washington State Senator, award-winning executive producer, and founder of the MOXY Foundation, a philanthropic initiative focused on providing women impact entrepreneurs with capital, connections, and support to scale solutions to the world’s biggest challenges.
During her four years in the Washington State Legislature, Mona passed 28 bills and served as Vice Chair of the Housing Committee and Caucus Vice Chair. She has raised millions of dollars to elect leaders who believe in public service, democracy, and equity and has coached and supported countless women and BIPOC leaders.
Mona is also the award-winning executive producer of Bad Ass Women Doing Kick Ass Shit, a documentary celebrating women who step into leadership and create change. Her work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, politics, storytelling, fundraising, women’s leadership, and systemic transformation.
Through MOXY Foundation, Mona is building a movement to connect investors and funders with purpose-driven women entrepreneurs—because the women solving the world’s biggest problems deserve more than applause. They deserve capital.
