In emerging economies, youth entrepreneurs are increasingly vulnerable to digital exploitation and systemic financial fraud. These challenges create a pathology of setbacks that stifles global innovation and damages the mental well-being of young founders. Methods: This paper introduces the Sanctuary Strategy, a creative consultancy model developed by The Scribbler’s Sanctuary. This model integrates therapeutic mentorship with professional communication training. The strategy was piloted through the successful recovery and scaling of a digital community that grew from zero to over 500 members following a devastating cyber attack and financial loss. The focus of the intervention is the implementation of emotional intelligence as a core business infrastructure.
