Alliance Workplace Wellness, Health and Safety Partners, Canada
Founder & Principal Consultant, Alliance Workplace Wellness, Health and Safety Partners
Sulman Malik is a Senior Health, Safety & Clinical Leader with over 18 years of global experience bridging enterprise occupational health and safety (EHS) with advanced clinical practice and physical movement coaching. Throughout his career, Sulman identified a critical systemic disconnect in workplace health management: traditional safety professionals approach workplace hazards purely through regulatory compliance, while clinical practitioners treat injuries only after they occur. By synthesizing advanced clinical expertise in human biomechanics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation with enterprise EHS management, he founded Alliance Workplace Wellness to deliver integrated 360-degree health and safety solutions that prevent harm before it happens.
Sulman holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), a Master of Philosophy in Physiotherapy, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from King Edward Medical University one of the oldest and biggest Medical school in south Asia having 2600 bedded hospital . His clinical background spans high-volume practice across musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and critical care domains at major tertiary care institutions. He maintains professional physiotherapy licensure across international jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom (HCPC), Australia (AHPRA), New Zealand (NZ Board), and Pakistan (AHPC). Active in hands-on clinical movement and therapeutic stretching, Sulman currently serves as a Stretch Coach at Massage Addict, where he applies advanced mobility, fascial release, and functional movement principles to optimize client physical health and recovery.
