Sheila Simon

Biography:
Sheila R. Simon began her career in higher education in 2006 as a business and entrepreneurship faculty and Advisor for the Small Business Development Center. Currently, she is Director –Business Operations and Entrepreneurship, a Certified Practitioner of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) and holds an industry certification in Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB).
Sheila completed both her MA in Organizational Management and BBS at Dallas Baptist University. Her article, “Raising the Bar on Entrepreneurial Learning”, was published in the Winter/Spring 2026 edition of the Community College Entrepreneurship Magazine, receiving an honorarium from San Jacinto college for this accomplishment.
