Rupali is an accomplished Human Resource professional and academic with a diverse career spanning India, Kuwait, and Australia. She began her career in India, working in IBM and also, contributing to the nonprofit sector before moving to Kuwait, where she built over a decade of experience as a lecturer, trainer and volunteer. Currently based in Perth, Western Australia, Rupali is pursuing her PhD in Business/HRM, focusing on sustainable and innovative human resource practices. Her expertise as an internship mentor and HR trainer has allowed her to guide students and early-career professionals, effectively bridging academic learning with industry application.

Known as an engaging speaker and advocate for lifelong learning, Rupali regularly delivers talks and workshops on HR trends, career development, and organizational growth. Alongside her academic and professional pursuits, she actively volunteers in both Kuwait and Australia, dedicating her time to community development and social initiatives. A dedicated mother and passionate researcher, Rupali blends industry knowledge, academic insight, and social impact to inspire the next generation of HR leaders.
