She began her career in India, working in IBM and also, contributing to the nonprofit sector before moving to Kuwait, where she built over a decade of experience as a lecturer, trainer and volunteer. Currently based in Perth, Western Australia, Rupali is pursuing her PhD in Business/HRM, focusing on sustainable and innovative human resource practices. Her expertise as an internship mentor and HR trainer has allowed her to guide students and early-career professionals, effectively bridging academic learning with industry application.
