Ocular imaging has become a fundamental component of modern ophthalmology, supporting early diagnosis, disease characterization, treatment planning, and long-term monitoring. Advances in optical coherence tomography (OCT), OCT angiography (OCTA), fundus photography, adaptive optics, corneal imaging, and multimodal imaging are providing increasingly detailed information about ocular structures and function. The integration of imaging modalities with artificial intelligence, machine learning, quantitative biomarkers, and automated image analysis is creating new opportunities for earlier and more precise detection of disease. Longitudinal imaging is also enabling clinicians and researchers to evaluate disease progression and treatment response with greater detail. This session will explore emerging ocular imaging technologies, innovative diagnostic approaches, imaging biomarkers, and their translation into clinical practice, research, and personalized eye care.
