Dr. Jamshid Mamatov is a PhD-qualified ophthalmologist with extensive clinical and administrative experience at Akfa Medline University Hospital. He served as an Ophthalmologist in the Out-patient Department from 2017 to 2020 and subsequently as Head of the Ophthalmology Department from 2020 to 2021. Since 2021, he has served as Head of the Out-patient Department and, since 2023, as Deputy Chief Medical Officer. His professional experience encompasses clinical ophthalmology, departmental leadership, healthcare administration, and patient care.
