Abstract:

Optimal orthodontic outcomes rely on the synergy of dental occlusion and TMJ health, achieved through precise diagnosis and targeted treatment. This investigation explored a holistic diagnostic approach, integrating clinical, functional, and advanced imaging. CBCT enhanced condylar morphometric precision, while dynamic analysis and articulated models refined biomechanical understanding. Al and 4D imaging further improved diagnostics. Results showed better detection of osseous changes, precise mandibular growth monitoring, reduced TMJ risks, and optimized outcomes. 4D condylar assessment integrates functional, clinical, and imaging, advancing treatment planning. Emerging 4D and Al technologies promise personalized, data-driven care, enhancing functional and aesthetic results
