The treatment of vitiligo on extra-facial areas is a matter of debate related to lesser pilar units and decreased melanocyte reserve. Vitiligo surgery is essential for these areas and facial lesions on face persistent to excimer/narrowband UVB phototherapy, topical and systemic medications. In this session, our experiences on vitiligo graft and melanocyte suspension techniques are presented covering the recent literature in this field.
