Biography:
Dr. Abdul Alim is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Microbiology (IMBIM), Uppsala University, Sweden. His work focuses on cancer immunology, particularly the role of steroidogenic mast cells and T cells in lung metastasis and tumor progression. He combines cellular and molecular approaches to study immune-tumor interactions, aiming to uncover mechanisms that can inform new therapeutic strategies. Dr. Alim has extensive experience in immunology, inflammation, and translational research, and actively contributes to advancing understanding of the immune system’s role in cancer development and immune therapy.
