Biography:

Dr. Abderrezzaq Toumiat is a Lecturer and researcher in the field of Sports Psychology and Physical Education at Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'Sila, Algeria. He holds a Ph.D. in Sports Psychological Preparation and has extensive academic experience in teaching, research, and athlete performance development.

His research focuses on sports psychology, psychological preparation of athletes, mental training, physical conditioning, sports performance, training methodology, and physical education and sport sciences. His work is dedicated to advancing evidence-based approaches that enhance both the psychological and physical performance of athletes through innovative research and higher education.

Dr. Toumiat has served as a Lecturer at Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'Sila and the University of Biskra, following his role as an Assistant Professor at the University of Biskra. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Sports Psychology, Sports Training, Physical Preparation, Research Methodology, and Physical Education, while actively mentoring students and contributing to academic research.

He earned his Ph.D. in Sports Psychological Preparation (2022), a Master's Degree in Physical and Mental Preparation (2015), and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Training (2013). His academic and professional career reflects a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, scientific research, and the promotion of health, athletic performance, and sports science.

Dr. Toumiat is actively engaged in collaborative research and international scientific conferences, contributing to the advancement of sports psychology and physical education on both national and international platforms.
