Dr. Musa Çankaya is an Associate Professor in the Department of Therapy and Rehabilitation at Necmettin Erbakan University, Seydişehir Health Services Vocational School, where he has been serving since March 2026. His academic and clinical expertise lies in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with growing emphasis on pediatric rehabilitation, functional development, and early intervention strategies.

Dr. Çankaya completed his PhD in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University in 2023. His doctoral research focused on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, examining the effectiveness of combined electrotherapy and exercise interventions. He also earned his Master’s degree from the same institution, contributing to the validation of functional assessment tools widely applicable in both adult and pediatric populations.

His research interests include movement disorders, functional assessment, and rehabilitation outcomes, with relevance to improving mobility and quality of life in children with musculoskeletal and developmental conditions. He has been actively involved in nationally funded research projects as both a principal investigator and researcher.
