Biography:
Ruiyun Chen received his Ph.D. degree in 2014 from the State Key Laboratory of Quantum Optics Technologies and Devices, Shanxi University, China. He is currently a full professor at the Institute of Laser Spectroscopy, Shanxi University, China. His research primarily focuses on the measurement and control of photophysical properties of single quantum systems and functional nanomaterials, the enhancement of light-matter interactions through plasmonic effects, as well as the ultrafast dynamics and quantum coherence effects in single quantum systems.
