Dr. Dorienne Taylor-Bishop, DDS, FICD, is an Assistant Professor at Howard University College of Dentistry in the Department of Comprehensive Care, Division of Restorative Dentistry. She serves as the Course Director for Operative Dentistry I and II, as well as the Emergency Services Clinic Director. Dr. Taylor-Bishop was selected to participate in both the American Dental Association Leadership Institute and the Howard University Maxi Course in Oral Implantology. Her scholarly work includes multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on the evaluation of dental health needs and how clinical practice addresses them. In addition to her academic and research roles, she is also the co-owner of a private dental practice in the United States.
