Dr. Szilvia Mihályi graduated from the Semmelweis University Faculty of Dentistry and completed her specialist training in dento-alveolar oral surgery with excellent results. She worked as a clinical resident and oral surgery specialist at Semmelweis University and continues to participate in postgraduate education by training oral surgery residents in collaboration with the university at her own oral surgery clinics. She was awarded a PhD scholarship in oral cancer research and is currently pursuing PhD studies focusing on ultrasonography in temporomandibular disorders (TMD). Her clinical and scientific interests include oral surgery, TMD diagnostics and therapy, ultrasound imaging, and oral oncology. Dr. Mihályi practices in both Hungary and Ireland, where she is registered as a dental and oral surgery specialist. She is the founder of several private oral surgery clinics and has extensive experience in clinical practice, education, and international professional collaboration. She has authored numerous scientific publications and has presented her research at national and international congresses.
