Dr. Izabela Załęska, PhD, is an internationally recognized expert in aesthetic medicine and medical cosmetology, as well as an academic lecturer and researcher. She graduated from the Medical University of Łódź and earned her PhD from the Faculty of Medicine at Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, she has held senior academic roles including Head of Department, Dean, and Rector. She currently teaches at the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Targ, where she coordinates the Cosmetology Program.

Alongside her academic work, she practices aesthetic medicine and cosmetology in her Clinics of Youth in Kraków and collaborates with medical clinics in London. She is also an international trainer, consultant, and Key Opinion Leader for cosmetic and pharmaceutical brands.

She founded the International Academy of Aesthetic Cosmetology, providing advanced training for professionals worldwide, and serves as President of the International Association of Mesotherapy.

Dr. Załęska is the author of over 45 scientific publications and several bestselling books in aesthetic medicine, and is a frequent international speaker at global conferences across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
