Mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression are highly prevalent among individuals with autism. This session explores the complex interplay between neurodiversity and emotional regulation, offering insights into effective diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Presentations will include cognitive-behavioral interventions, mindfulness-based therapies, and pharmacological management strategies tailored for autism. Emphasis will also be placed on prevention, resilience-building, and community programs that support mental well-being across the lifespan.
