Constanza Rojas Vertiz Canut is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with over seven years of professional experience in early childhood education, specializing in inclusive and affirmative play-based practices. She is the co-founder of Organic Play and co-creator of Curiosity Developmental Mapping (CDM), helping translate the framework into inclusive educational practices that break barriers to meaningful participation by starting with each child’s unique curiosities. As a neurodivergent practitioner, she integrates professional knowledge with lived experience to advocate for greater equity, accessibility, and inclusion in early childhood settings. Her work focuses on play-based pedagogy, inclusive education, family-centred practice, and supporting educators in creating environments where all children can learn, participate, and play.
